What is the size of online advertising in Thailand?

How does it compare to traditional advertising? What is the trend? Who are biggest buyers of online advertising? Are they the same buyers as traditional advertising?

According to Neilsen Media Research, the size of the advertsing industry as a whole in Thailand for the year ending August 2007 was 59.3 billion baht. This was an increase of 0.7 per cent on the previous year. In 2006 Neilsen attempted to collect data for online advertising spending but failed as operators were reluctant to cooperate, so there is probably no accurate data available.
