Nice…I’ve been using the hopper and roller method for a couple years now. It’s superior to metal or plastic in every way.
the wood shrinks and still pulls the gyproc with it it doesent care if its paper bead or metal… have you ever had to do repairs on paper bead? it sucks,,metal bead is much easier to repair,,,
How do you make sure the angle is straight? What I find is that even with the best builders and drywall fixers, corners are sometimes not as straight as they should be… also as for your comments about minimal fill. lol those angles can only be pressed on so far… they’re designed so that they can be filled each side and bedded in , that gives them strength…your machine won’t make the angle any more minimal than doing it by hand…
you dont have to fill the gap if its going to be behind the plastic corner as long as the paper has no air under it and the bead is pulled tight to the corner.
